I love getting products from small companies that actually care about the environment and quality ingredients. So, we were excited, (OK Nate, was excited) to get three bags of cereal from Three Sisters. In fact, I think he ate all three bags single handedly.
So, why is Three Sisters Cereals different? Their Facebook page, they say, “They use only the highest quality ingredients. Seriously, who needs to start their day with partially hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup? And, we never use artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors. Nothing fake or phony here!
If you want to try their cereal, it is currently available at Whole Foods Markets Our Healthy meal plan for next week. Remember, you can always print old meal plans on our archives page.

Love the apple idea!! Much better than soaking them in lemon. My girls aren’t crazy about the sour taste afterwards.

thanks for the Aussie apple link. apples are my sons favorite but since he’s going through a loose tooth stage he doesn’t like to eat them whole. we made one for his lunch today. he thought it was so cool.
