A study done in 2007 found that 2/3 of the lemon slices served at 21 different restaurants were contaminated with bacteria that had the potential to cause disease.

Can I keep fit without a lot of exercise??

hi i'm k......... i've just moved into Darwin and i don't have the chance to exercise a lot. My dad says that i'll begin to exercise in a little while. What can i do to keep fit without a lot of exercise????

Hi K...it's hard to keep really fit without exercising. The most important thing is to have a healthy diet and stay away from junk food, that will keep your body healthy. But to be really fit you do need to exercise every day. Make sure you walk whenever you can, try taking a cycle ride, jogging round the park, dancing round your room - any little bits of exercise you can fit into your day will be great.
