Hi K...it's hard to keep really fit without exercising. The most important thing is to have a healthy diet and stay away from junk food, that will keep your body healthy. But to be really fit you do need to exercise every day. Make sure you walk whenever you can, try taking a cycle ride, jogging round the park, dancing round your room - any little bits of exercise you can fit into your day will be great.
